Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 –2 working days and from 4 to 7 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 30 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Placing an Order
Once an order has been placed through rafahiainfluencer, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.
In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.
How can I track my delivery status?
You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through My Orders tab, from your Account Menu inside
